1.What's your Minimum Order Quantity?
Our MOQ is 500 PCS.
2.When can I get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your mail so that we will give priority to your inquiry.
3. Can you Provide Free Sample to us?
Usually, we will collect the samples charges at first. And when order, the charges will refund.
4. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can request for samples to check our quality,send us your artwork and pay the sample charge, the samples will be ready for delivery in 5-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 workdays.
5. What about the lead time for mass production?
Frankly speaking, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order,normally 15-20 days.
6. What is your price term?
We accept FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW, DDU,etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
7. What about your terms of payment?
We accept T/T, Western Union and other can be dicussed. As a rule, we ask for a 30% down payment befor production, and 70% balance must be paid before shipment.
8. Can you offer us OEM&ODM service?
