Q1: What is the warranty for the batteries?

A1:  For the batteries, we have 13~15 months warranty from our manufacture date or B/L date. If any quality problems on our side occured in this period, we will replace any defective batteries by new ones at our cost.

Q2:  Do you produce the plate by yourself ?

A2:  Yes, we produce battery plates by ourselves and also supply plates to many other battery factories in China.

Q3: Where is your main market?

A3:  Our batteries are welcomed in both cold and hot weather area, including South America,   Africa, Middle east, Asia and France.

Q4: What is your delivery time usually?

A4:  Our delivery time is usually 15 to 20 days.
