Products description

Application:

The moulding line is for chocolate deposit forming. The whole process is fully automatic including depositing, mould plate vibrating, cooling, demoulding, conveying and plate heating. You can choose one head semi-automatic, one head, two heads or three heads moulding line for different products. The line is suitable for pure chocolate, center filled chocolate, two colors chocolate, four color chocolate, amber or agate chocolate, etc.

Suitable mould size and quantity: 510*200*30mm with ears or 320*200*30mm with ears. need 370pcs molds.

Quantity of depositor: we can make one depositor, two depositor and three depositor or more according to chocolate.

The fully automatic machine includes: mold heating, depositor, vibration, cooling tunnel, demould and discharging table.

Depositor: Pneumatic type and Servo type for choose.

Pistons: made according to produts. Ø12-80, Ø16-72,Ø20-40 or other size.,

Depositing speed: 8~15 molds per minute.

Hopper: one hopper or two hopper according to products. the hopper is jacket with warm water inside.

Length of cooling tunnel: 7490mm, 10 layers.

Cooling unit: Copeland compressor. 15~20HP.
