A2:Usually T/T is appreciated. L/C for old customers only.
T/T: 30% deposit before production, balance before shipment.

A3:When we receive your order by mail or fax, we will sign back the PI to you by mail or fax. We'll also email you to confirm.

A4: For standard ball screw: 7 to 10 days. For non standard ball screw: 15 to 20 days. For ground made ball screw: about 35 days.
