A1:   For Non-human factors,electric part is guaranteed for two years,frame is guaranteed for five yeas.

Q2: Do you sell desk frame only or with table top together?

A2:  Generally we are just selling frame only. If you really need, we can offer table top together.

Q3:  What is your payment term?

A3:  T/T, Above 30%deposit,70% balance before shipment. Accept LC in some country. 

       But sample it is 100% deposit for sample.

Q4:  Can you accept customized?

A4:  Yes, we can. Please confirm with us your CAD maps.

Q5:  What is your delivery time?

       And which transport mode do you choose?

A5:  According to the quantity,15-20 days in normal. Please inform us in advance if an 

      order need to be sped up or an big order. For small order , normally we will delivery 

      the products by DHL or FEDEX. For the big order, we will confirm with you arrange 

      delivery the products by sea.
