A: Yes, they can

5. What certifications do we have?  

A: our factory and cistern fittings have passed the European CE Certification, China section water attestation, our product has been awarded sufficient patents like design patent certification.

6. Can you provide the free samples?

 A: If you are overseas buyers, and the price of the product is less than USD 50, we can provide a free sample, but you need pay the freight .

7. What is the MOQ?

A: In general, up to 50 pcs.

8. How long is the delivery time?

A: Our cistern is molded in one and implemented full-inspection, there are 0.01% risk of leaking. All cistern fittings will be implemented sampling inspection after full-inspection,  the risk less than 0.1% of leaking normally.

12. How to solve the after-sales problem?

A: we will provide the free after-sale accessories for each shipment of the 0.3% of the goods value. If some problem with the quality , we would provide the accessories for free and sent together with purchaser’s goods.
