Flexible stainless steel braided PTFE hose

 

• Inert to virtually all chemicals

• Applicable from -70 °C up to +232 °C (depending on hose type)

• Minimizes pressure drop and deposits on hose inner surface, easy to clean

• Convoluted designs have excellent bend radius properties

• Low tendency to hydrolysis

• Unlimited shelf life of bulk hose

 

Construction:

1.Inner tube: PTFE extruded hose,features as high and low temperature resistant, anti-corrosion, anti-sickness.

2.Outer Sheath: Stainless Steel SS304 braiding net, improve its pressure resistance,and connected with fast connectors.

Features:

PTFE extruded hose reinforced with stainless steel wires braiding, and both sides fitted with metal connectors.

Application: 

1> for hydraulic, steam pressure,steaming feeding purpose in rubber, plastic, garment, auto, machine tools, diesel motor and electric motor.

2> paper manufacturing and shipbuilding industries etc. 

3> it has better performance and lifespan in feeding hot/cold liquid and gas,strong corrosive mediums Specification

Options

§  Customized inner core construction (sizes,thickness and convonlutions pitch).
§  Inner core made of black antistatic PTFE when electricity resistive fluids are transferred at high flow rates.
§  Outside reinforcements:AISI 316L-textile braids (e.g. Aramid,polypropylene,polyester).
§  Additional reinforcements for superior perfomances.
§  Special jacket made of thermoplastics (e.g. Polyurethane,PA11,PA12,Hytrel,PVC).
§  Special jacket made of silicone or wrapped rubbers.
