The Lucktech patch panel contains embedded dual color LED lights above each port to identify paths and troubleshoot your network. Guesswork caused by hard to hear tones is a thing of the past. Tracing ports, finding faults, especially with two people, makes port identification simple.

•  How simple is that? With two people, identifying ports is fast and easy. 
  
  GREEN: Placing the transmitter in the wallplate port creates a green light on the panel which indicates the cabling path from plate to panel is OK. If the lit panel port is successfully connected to a network device, the light will become red. If the panel port is connected to a known good network device and the light is green, an open connection exists upstream from the panel. 
  
  RED: Placing the transmitter in the wallplate port creates a red light on the panel if the path is from wallplate - panel - network device. If the light is green, and a known good network device is upstream from the panel port, an open connection exists upstream from the panel.
