Automatic wood charcoal dust briquette press machine
This charcoal extrusion machine is the device of using the screw extrusion principle to squeeze the charcoal powder, coal powder materials and other materials (chemical materials, refractory materials, cement materials iron ore, copper or other matallurgical materials) into certain density stick shape briquettes (round, rectangular, hexagonal, plum-flower, triangular etc.) with or without hole in the middle.

Raw Material
Gernerally, there are two kinds of materials:
raw coal/charcoal powder, and carbonized agriculture wastes like wood, branch, rice husks, peanut shells, bagasse, cotton stalks,corn stalks, coconut shells, etc. Please note: material size should be less than 3mm, and the moisture content should be around 30%-40%. In order to get high density final products, you can use some binder during the production.
