 Battery Making Machine-Battery Plates Pasting Machine

 Application: used to paste the viscous or sandy paste to the Pb-Sb and Pb-Ca grids.

Composition: Auto plate feeding device, pasting machine, acid- drenching and pressing devices, control system and facial drier (optional)

 

 Performance & Features

1. The pasting machine is mechanically auto supplied, the pasting width can be adjusted manually. The machine will stop working if no grid or overlapping is tested.

2.There is an independent motor for the past hopper. And the supply roller runs in opposite direction to accurately control the weight of pasting.

3.The hopper can be left in tilt to facilitate the operator to observe and maintain fault.

4.The machine uses the continuous pasting belt with step less transmission.

5.The pressure of rubber roller is adjustable to press the plates with acid.
