Q1: Are you facory?

A1: We are the professional manufacturer of PVC FILM since 2003, we have own production lines. Our factory is located in Foshan, Guangdong Province, just one hours' drive from Guangzhou. Look forward to your visit to our factory.

 

Q2: About Sample

A2: 1) New clients are expected to pay for the courier, and exsit sample in 0.5kg could be free for you.
2) Time to making samples: 3-5 days at usual circumstance.

 

Q3: How to confirm the quality with us before start to produce?

A3: You can get a free sample and choose from it. Large as "A4" paper samples can be freely send, then we make the quality according to the confirm sample.

 

Q4: How about the PVC FILM's width and thickness? Could you make it according to the customer's need?

A4: Of course, we can do it to meet the customer’s demands. The effective width is 35CM ~ 2.4M, the thickness is 0.03MM ~ 5MM.

 

Q5: Your products are environmentally friendly?

A5: Our products can pass the environment protection test, such as EN71-3, ROHS, REACH, CA65, 6P/17P/23P FREE, etc. And all meet your requirements with different region of the world according to your needs.

 

Q6: How to solve the quality problems after sales?

A6: 1) Take photos of the problems and send to us
2) Take videos of the problems and send to us
3) Send back the physical problem fabrics by express to us

After we comfirm the problems, such as caused by machine, dyeing, etc, Within three days, we will draw up the satisfied program for you.

 

Q7: How can I visit there?

A7: You can by train or plane to Guangzhou, then take the bus or car to GAOMING town. All our clients from home and abroad are warmly welcome to visit us.

 

Q8: How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A8: Quality is priority! Every worker and QC keeps the QC from the very beginning to the very end.
