his special lavash line which is uniquely designed by Mateks includes all stages from preparation to baking. The product can be cut in desired sizes, baked, cooled and made ready for packing. The line makes completly hads-off production. All materials used on the machine are suitable for food production. (Stainless steel)

TECHNICAL DATA

The lavash line is a complete line designed for lavash production.
You can adjust the thickness as you wish and produce various products by cutting in different sizes with replaceable blades.
After it passes the hands-off production stages, you can bundle and pack the lavash at the end of the line.
It is an integrated system consisting of dough spreading, thinning stretching, cutting and discarding units, tunnel oven, and cooling band.
