Packing:
We pack all the products, using quality packaging material to ensure safe and secure transportation. The packaging is carried out under the supervision of our team of packaging experts, which monitors each & every activity pertaining to this process.

Shipping:
Shipping charges are calculated on the total weight of all items in your order. The shipping cost charged at the time of purchase represents an estimate using standard means of delivery Requests for Express Mail Service or special handling will be billed separately based on published rates plus a small shipping and handling fee.
Choosing Overnight or 2-Day Delivery does not mean your order will be delivered 1 or 2 days from the time you place your order. Selecting either of these shipping options simply means that you will receive your order 1-2 days after your order has been verified and processed by our Order Processing Department. Every effort is made to process all orders within 72 hours after receiving an order, but same-day shipping is not guaranteed.
FACE TO FACE FITNESS  reserves the right to ship packages "best way" according to the shipper´s delivery schedules.

Checkout

Question:

I don't have a Paypal account. How can I pay?

Answer:

You don't need a Paypal account to use the Paypal checkout option.  Paypal allows you to pay with your credit or debit card even if you don't have an account with them.  Alternatively you can pay cash at pickup or select bank transfer.

Question:

Why am I only seeing 'Direct Deposit' on checkout?

Answer:

Purchases above a certain dollar amount are only accepted as cash at pickup or direct bank transfer.  This prevents fraud and keeps our product pricing low.

Question:

Why can I not select pickup/delivery for tomorrow or the day after tomorrow?

Answer:

When selecting a pickup or delivery date we require two days notice.  If you're picking up, this gives us time to pull your order from our stock so it's ready when you arrive.  If you scheduled a delivery, this gives us time to pull the order and prepare it for delivery.

Question:

I don't live in Pennsylvania, why am I being charged PA sales tax?

Answer:

Pennsylvania (PA) law requires us to collect sales tax based on the location of exchange. 

For example; If your billing address is in New Jersey but you are having items shipped to PA or are picking up in PA then by law we must charge sales tax.

Delivery

 Question:

I don't see a delivery option for my shipping address?

Answer:

We only deliver up to 120 miles from our warehouses located in Downingtown PA 19335.  If you would like to schedule a delivery out side of 120 miles then you would have to get a quote from a freight shipping carrier.  If you have a full trailer load please contact us as we may be able to accommodate you outside of the 120 mile zone.

Question:

Why are their different 'setup' prices for some items?

Answer:

Some items require a different setup price because we anticipate more labor involved in setting it up.  Most doorways are 32" wide and some equipment is wider than a standard door frame.  In order for us to setup, we anticipate that it will need to be disassembled and reassembled.

Question:

Why is my delivery address coming up as "Not available. Please check the address entered?"

Answer:

This error can occur with Google when searching for the address.  Usually a page refresh solves the problem. If a page refresh does not solve the problem, please check to make sure that the address is entered in the correct USPS format.

Payments

Question:

How can I pay with my credit/debit card?

Answer:

You're welcome to use credit/debit cards, paypal balance or instant eCheck by selecting 'Paypal' at checkout.  You do not need a Paypal account to use this feature.

Question:

Can I pay with a check?

Answer:

We only take instant eChecks through the Paypal checkout process.  We do not take personal checks.

Shipping

Question:

How do I arrange shipping outside of 120 miles?

Answer:

You can quickly and easily receive a shipping estimate using the USHIP ESTIMATOR. We will palletize the item upon request of the shipper.
