1. FRESH SEA GRAPE

Sea grape is known as one of the fresh great seaweed in Japan, Korea and Western countries. In Viet Nam, it is becoming more and more popular because of its various benefits for human health, such as: effective body detoxification, skin beauty, anti-obesity, aging, arthritis, post stock, increasing resistance to the body and especially, it is extremely good for high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases.

Their grape-like shape and fish-egg taste make them a very versatile sea vegetable garnish. They combine well with all other seafood and also with ingredients that would be served with caviar such as potatos, omelettes, ceviche and salsa, sushi. 

2. DEHYDATED/ DRIED SEA GRAPE

However, the shelf life of Fresh Sea Grape is short, within one week, therefore there are many difficulties in storage and keeping Fresh one quality. With the technology nowadays, we can produce the Dehydrate Sea Grape, high quality export standard, which lasts the shelf life with the same quality with Fresh one.

Avoid the drawbacks of Fresh Sea Grapes about preservation, the Dried Sea Grape is more suitable than Fresh one in Exporting product in this case.

Shelf life:

- Fresh Sea Grapes: one week ( in the normal temperate, not allow to store in the fridge)
- Dried Sea Grape: up to 12 months. 6 months: if put it in cool place; 12 months: if put it in a fridge.

Packing

100 gram/ zipper bag; 120 gram/ box ( 5 bags); 200 gram ( 10 bags), as the customer's requirement.
