FLOOR SL 10 R / SELF-LEVELLING FLOOR SCREED 1-10 MM RAPID CT-C30-F6

Single component, smooth surface, polymer modified, cement based rapid setting self-levelling floor screed.

Intended Uses:

•\tInteriors,

•\tIn order to equalize the levels in all rooms/floors

•\tOn surfaces with slight slope,

•\tCan be used in rooms, lounges, offices, corridors, waiting rooms, kitchens and bathrooms.

•\tIn order to correct the mistakes of the irregular screeds used for heating systems,

•\tAs a levelling screed under the final coating for tiles, PVC, parquet, floor panels etc.

•\tBecause of the smooth surface, it is used as a screed under the carpet upholstery.

Properties:

•\tCreates a smooth surface with self-levelling.

•\tRapid setting.

•\tSuitable for 1-10 mm thickness application without shrinkage, cracking and deterioration.

•\tCan be opened to light pedestrian traffic after 4-5 hours.

•\tCan be opened to pedestrian traffic at full capacity after 7 days.

•\tCeramic tile and natural stone application can be done 24 hours, Parquet, carpet and PVC coating (at least 3 mm) can be done 7 days after the cast.

•\tCan be prepared by hand or machine.

•\tEasy and fast to apply.

Surface Treatment:

•\tThe surface must be clean, dry, smooth and solid.

•\tThe surface must be free from residues that will prevent adhesion.

•\tCement floor should be at least 28 days, concrete should be at least 3 months old.

•\tThe surface should be moistened with water before application.

•\tCracks on the surface must be repaired with TH-500 REPAIR MORTAR.

•\tFor applications in areas with many surface defects or in large areas, it is advisable to use gauge.

•\tZ-100 SCREED AND FLOOR PRIMER should be applied before the application.
