1. Customers send detailed inquiry to us by email or trademanager.

2. We reply with price, specifications, packing, photos, and other details.

3. Both of us agree the price and confirm the details.

4. We write the proforma invoice and send to customers.

5. Customers make deposit.

6. We make mass production samples.

7. We send mass product samples or send photos to customers for approval.

8. Customers confirm the mass production samples.

9. We start mass production.

10. We show ready products' photos.

11. Customers make balance payment.

1. Are the materials food grade?

Yes, any material we use for food items meet the food grade requirements. 

Paralleling with producing environmental friendly products, our factory meet the high standard quality management system of ISO 9001:2015 and HACCP in production as well as BRC in packaging. By that, we are proud of being one of those which brings the safe products to customers

2. How long will my order last for?

Usually, Once you confirm the samples and 30% deposit , the mass production will be finished within 30 business days.

3. Can you offer free samples?
Yes, we can provide free samples, but the buyer needs to pay the shipping cost. You can T/T the money to us or provide you Express (DHL, TNT) account to us. Then we will send out in 24 hours and the buyer can receive within 3-5 days.

4. Do you provide custom printing samples?
Yes, we do. We will charge the clients for the printing plates, and it depends on the number of colors. 

5. What is your payment terms?
Basically, all prices will be quoted in FOB. , You need to 30% deposit and 70% before delivery by T/T.

Beside we can also provide shipment and insurance (CIF) service

6. What is your MOQ?
