  Quality is priority. We always give great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end. Clients can inspect goods in our factory or ask the third party to inspect.

  Sample needs 7-10 days, mass production time needs 30-40 days.

  
  


• Does your company charge the sample fee?

  If the samples you required are available in our warehouse, we will charge no sample fees, but the delivery cost will be paid on your side. If we need to do the new samples for you, we will charge 2 or 3 times sample fees, also the delivery cost will be paid on your side. But the cost will be refund if you place an order.

  
  

• How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

  We usually ship sample by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. For bulk order, generally shipping by sea shipping, about 25-30days to arrive.

  
  


• Is it all right to makecustomers own brand name?


• That's all right  to make your own brand name.

• What are your payment terms?


• Normally 50% deposit and balance T/T against copy of Bill of Lading or L/C at sight.
