Indicated for oral treatment of trichomoniasis (canker) in ornamental and homing (non-food) pigeons

Composition:

Each tablet contains:

Carmidazole.......................................................................... 10 mg

Indications:

-   Canktrix is indicated for oral treatment of trichomoniasis (canker) in ornamental and homing (non-food) pigeons.

-   Canktrix is a single dose treatment for canker in racing pigeons. To ensure the full benefit of Canktrix, all pegeons should be treated at the same time, whenever canker is seen. Young birds should be treated at weaning or before flying out. Pigeons should be treated before paring or during the first half of each brood period to prevent canker being passed to the newly hatched young.

Dosage:

For direct oral administration.

One tablet (10mg) per adult pigeon. Half tablet (5mg) per newly weaned pigeon. 

Treatments for only one day...

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients

Storage:

Store in a dry, dark place between 20^oC and 25^oC.

Keep out of reach of children. For veterinary use only.
