The main application of angle bead made by this produce line are constructional engineering.You can use the galvanized sheet ans the thickness is: 0.3-0.7mm.

3.The composition and function of the machine 

The angle bead machine is made of two parts: punching mesh machine and forming cutting equipment.

Punching mesh machine use to produce the angle bead mesh hole shape.

After the punching mesh machine the forming cutting equipment use to make the angle bead sheet to be round and cut it into prescriptive length.

1. Punching mesh machine including the pay-off machine and punching equipment. And the punching machine including punching machine , step feeding machine and mold.

Pay-off machine use to the blade punching material’s supply and store, step feeding machine send the specific length wood sheet to the punching machine with definite meter, the press machine and mold use to punching the galvanized sheet into mesh belt.

2.Forming machine including forming, cutting, collection table.

Forming machine making the semi-finished product which after punching into angle bead mesh, the cutting machine cut down the angle bead mesh, and then the angle bead mesh can be put on collection table.prevent the corner cracks. 

3.It is helpful to rais up the quality of the project, reduce the labor intensity of the steel installation.

Warranty

Within the limits of what hereinafter set forth, ANBER undertakes to remedy all defects of the equipment attributable to its engineering, material and workmanship. Such obligation of ANBER is limited to defects that show within 12 (twelve) months from the delivery of the equipment. 
To benefit from these rights, Buyer shall notify within 8 days of its discovery to ANBER, in writing, analytically and precisely, all shown defects.

Installation and commissioning

Machine is installed and commissioned by ANBER technicians. Testing cost, travel, accommodation and meal expenses are payable by the customer, the customer will provide local engineers and staff to support the installation.
