or mudrooms get slick and dirty. This long-lasting mat is finished with secure, non-skid rubber backing, keeps a low profile

Q: How many pieces of rubber mats can you produce monthly?
A: We can produce 500,000 pcs of embossed mats at full swing.

Q: Can you customize the mats in size, design?
A: Yes, we can. But there is tooling cost.

Q: What carpets do you use?
A: Normally, single rib, needle punch, PE, PP, loop pile,
   Or other carpets that could endure the high temperature
   treatment of our machine.

Q: How to clean?
A: Hose down with water or wash with water, do not brush or bleach.
   You can also vacumn.

 

Q: How much is tooling cost?

A: depend on the size. We will refund the tooling cost when the accumulated quantity for the design reachs 20000 pcs
