Q1: How do you control the quality?
Our production quality level is AQL2.0/4.0; all products conform to EN71, ASTMF963, EC, ISO9001 standard. Our QC will control and inspect the quality and we will send you inspection photos before shipment.
Also it's welcomed your QC come and inspects the quality before shipment.
Q2: What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
It depends on the size. Generally, our MOQ is 1000pcs/ style.
Q3: How much is the sample fee?
Normally is US$100/Style, but also up to the design and size. Sample fee will be refunded to you after order placed.
Q4: Why do you charge samples fee?
We need to order the material for your customized designs, pay the printing and embroidery, and designers' salary. Most importantly the sample fee will be refunded to you once order confirmed.
Q5: Could I custom our design/ logo?
Of course, We have our own designer, you can give your logo and idea to us, we can provide the design work.
Q6: Could you help for the design?
Yes, you can give your idea to us, our designer will provide the artwork for you approve.
Q7: How long is your sample lead time and production lead time?
Prototype sample: 1-3 days.
Complete sample: 3-5 days after prototype sample confirmed.
Production lead time: 45-55days after sample confirmed and prepayment paid.

T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipping), L/C
