A: After received the sample charge and all the material & design be confirmed. It need 5-7 days to produce it and the express time usually need around 3-5day.

6) Q: Is the sample charge can be refundable?

A: We have several kinds of paper available which depending on you products needed, like the woodfree paper, artpaper ,kraft paper, paper cardboard. so if you not sure about which material you need just pls contact us who are experienced and will give you the best recommend.

8) Q: What's the size and how many sheets can be made in one book?

A: Any size can be custom(as usual the most common used are A4 or A5 or A6) size, also any sheet can be custom just be noted it need be multiple of 4 and 1 sheet equal to 2 pages.
