TFJ System Charcoal Making Machine

Brief introduction: 
1. It is the use of a screw extrusion principle, the coal rod shaping equipmentc compressed the modulated coal powder into a predetermined shape with a certain strength. Instead of burning coal and coal gas with the higher economic efficiency.
2. Working principle: 
The working principle of the coal extruder machine is: The motor transmits power to transmission through the belt. At the same time, the transmission output shaft transmits power to propeller through the floating coupling, and the thruster of propeller push forward coal through forming die to produce the ideal high-pressure coal-stick.

1. The coal and charcoal bar extruder machine can be used for pressing different molds of briquettes by replacing matching moulds. The customers can purchase complete machine with other kind of moulds, then the machine can be multipurpose, and the customers can save capitals.
