Application

LS series flow meter can be directly installed in train, bus, tractor, engines, vessel sailing in the river or sea to measure how much oil consumed on all kinds of driving machine. This flow meter also has been used to measure the heavier liquid when liquid was loaded to warehouse or unloaded from warehouse and can be used to measure the liquid crossing the pipes. Meanwhile this product is the best meter used on the liquid accessing management which does good for saving energy resources.

 

Principle

LS series flow meter consists of body, piston and etc. The counter operates by the magnetism, which is

completely isolated from oil liquid. When the flow meter has been connected with pipe, oil liquid across

them, the pressure distinction between entry and exit drive the piston reciprocating. Then the magnet

coupling which is connected with piston is moving around it. The circling numbers of piston direct

proportion the flow rate of meters, so the reading of counter is same as the multiple of flow rate. The

counter consists of the gears with magnet, worm gear, worm shaft, totalizer, teeth wheel etc. There are a
