Overview of industrial slurry agitator / slurry mixer with factory price

Agitator is mainly used to slurry before flotation in the benificiation process. It can mix chemical agentia and slurry completely. It is suitable to mix slurry with density.

Application:

Agitator is the indispensable equipment to fully mix the reagent and the ore pulp, increase the reaction time of the reagent and strengthen the quality of the reagent reaction.

Agitator is suitable for the ferrous and non-ferrous metal ore dressing plant. It is used for agitation before flotation to make thorough mixing of reagent and slurry. The slurry density is less than 30% (by weight) and the particle size are less than 1mm. It is in the circular spiral impeller mechanical agitation.

Working principle

The slurry and chemical agentia are mixed up by the agitator to form ore pulp. Then the pulp is fed to the pulp tank, meanwhile, add air to the pulp, which will form lots of bubbles. The ore particles with hydrophobic property are attached to the bubbles,and float to the pulep surface, while the ore particles which are hydrophylic stay in the pulp.

V-belt of motor drives impeller to mix chemical agentia and slurry completely. The agitator can increase reaction time and strengthen reaction quality of the chemical agentia.
