Truffle Honey
Honey with Summer Truffle manages to uniquely blend the sweetness of acacia honey with the unique and intense flavor of summer truffle. It can be enjoyed alone to fully capture all the beneficial properties of honey together with the intense aroma of truffles, or it can be served as an appetizer or dessert to accompany aged cheeses, pit cheese, ricotta, lard from colonnata, or as a dessert on ice cream / cream or to make unique dried fruit tarts and cheesecakes.

Our shops
We have two shops in the center of two beautiful touristics village, Roccaraso and Pescocostanzo, here we sell our fresh truffles and our products directly to our costumers.
The truffle hunting
We hunt daily fresh truffles in our coltivations and in the wild wood with our truffle dogs. All the family hunts truffles, me, my husband, my husband's brothers and father, and finally, our sons.
Our production
Our experience in the years made us also producers of the best preserved truffles, truffle sauces and truffle specialties. We use the high temperatures to preserve our sauces from bacterial dangers.

The fresh truffles hunted in our cultivations are certificated like Organic.
