Fiordelisi srl is an Italian company leader in production of Sun dried and semi dried vegetables, mainly tomatoes. Fiordelisi grows and processes their own raw material, being also a manufacturer of ready Italian antipasti.The company, in fact, is located in Puglia, in the South of Italy, a perfect place for vegetables growing and its leadership come from the experience accrued in fresh vegetables cultivation and vegetables processing. Thanks to the experience and manufacturer capability the company is able to follow all the products processing "from field to fork" with constant checks on the quality. Fiordelisi is on the international markets from fifteen years with the aim to develop innovative concepts about agricultural and food dimension, through studies and collaboration with some Italian Research Centers, like the University of Bari and Foggia. A dynamic NPD department works not only to create new recipes, but mainly to develop new concepts in the main manufacturing processes, like the drying.This is the key allowing Fiordelisi to satisfy all the customer needs, whether they are in manufacturing and food service industry or retail, about products, packaging and recipe concepts.
