Vegetable Cooking Oil (RBD Palm Olein)-CP10-CP8-CP6
RBD Palm Olein ( Refined Bleached Deoderized ) is the liquid fraction obtained by the fractionation of palm oil after crystallization at controlled temperatures. It is especially suitable for frying and cooking. The liquid olein is products of fractionation, and they are the major products exported. Main applications of RBD Palm Olein include salad and cooking oils in households, industrial frying fat of instant noodles, potato chips, doughnuts and condensed milk
Advantages :
- RBD Palm Olein is Cholesterol-free and contains vitamin D and E. It has high stability to oxidation and is nutritionally healthy with a balanced composition. It is also a natural source of food with an equal proportion of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids.
Applications
- Widely used as salad, cooking, frying cooking oil and much of its popularity is due to its good resistance to oxidation and formation of breakdown products at frying temperature and longer shelf life of finished product.
