Product Introduction:
This machine is mainly composed of host machine ,traction body and feeding table.The traction body clamps the steel bar head on the moving dolly, and the trolley moves to push the steel bar to press the cone ratio from the small head to the big head at a constant speed under the clamping of the six grippers on the host machine.The big end of the steel rod is under the support of the feeding pushrod trolley, and the guide wheel on the host machine performs the automatic seam matching. And when the steel rod is closed touching, the welding machine starts to do welding.
This equipment adopts automatic submerged arc welding, automatic recovery of flux, uniform and continuous appearance of welding seam, strong permeability, one-time forming, high welding efficiency,
the speed is 2-3 m/min, which is three times of the gas shielded welding.The welding cost is lower than gas shielded welding, which owns the fastest welding speed, good result and lowest price in lamp pole industries.
