Product application:
It can be used for the re-crushing and recycling of all waste plastics, such as boxes, thin pipe fittings, blow molding parts, bottles, shells, daily plastic products, etc., or as an auxiliary machine of the injection molding machine to re-crush the nozzle material or defective parts of the injection molding machine.
Maintenance:
1. The plastic crusher should be placed in the ventilation position to ensure the heat emission of the motor and prolong its life.
2. Lubricating oil should be added to the bearings regularly to ensure the lubricity between the bearings.
3. Check the tool screw regularly. After using the brand new plastic crusher for 1 hour, tighten the moving knife and fix the screw with the tool to strengthen the stability between the blade and the tool holder.
4. In order to ensure the sharpness of the tool cut, the tool should be checked frequently to ensure its sharpness and reduce the unnecessary damage to other parts caused by the blunt lack of the blade.
5. When changing the cutter, the gap between the moving cutter and the fixed cutter: the crusher 0.8MM above 20HP is better, and the crusher 0.5MM below 20HP is better. The thinner the recycled material is, the larger the gap can be.
6. Before the second start-up, the remaining debris in the machine room should be removed to reduce the start-up resistance.
The inertia cover and pulley cover should be opened regularly to remove the ash outlet under the flange because the powder discharged from the plastic crusher chamber enters the shaft bearing.
7. The machine should be well grounded.
8. Regularly check whether the plastic crusher belt is loose and tighten it in time.
