These products contain rapid-cooking rice made of 100% Japan-grown rice processed using our distinctive alpha-conversion technology. We have carefully selected domestically-grown ingredients from around Japan and crafted these dishes to make the most of their flavor.
● Quick-cooking rice requires neither washing nor soaking
Because the quick-cooking rice is processed using our unique technology, it requires neither washing nor soaking. It can be stored long-term at room temperature for up to one year following the date of manufacture for immediate consumption whenever you wish.

This flavorful okowa (steamed glutinous rice) is made using Japan-raised chicken thighs, burdock root, and shiitake mushrooms flavored with a blended stock of Yaizu bonito flakes and Rishiri kombu. It is seasoned with pure brewed soy sauce made in Izumo.

Made with wild-caught Seto Inland Sea bream and Kochi-grown yuzu citrus, this okowa (steamed glutinous rice) offers the meat of sea bream, toned by the flow of tides, with an elegant citrus aroma provided by the yuzu rind.
