THE FIRST DISTILLERY WHICH ADOPT ECO-SUSTAINABLE TECHNOLOGIES
Andrea Da Ponte was the first distillery in Italy to adopt environmentally sustainable technologies, starting already in the 80s. Now the production site has a 110KW photovoltaic system, systems for the energy recovery of heat, for the purification of effluents and fumes, and boasts the degree of emissions close to zero. A particular pride of the company are biomass boilers (mainly composed of skins and seeds) and the consequent production of biogas, a choice that once again highlights the ability to anticipate the times and the concrete respect for nature.
