The raw materials are manufactured by Teijin Limited in Japan.
To ensure that it is a fully recycled product, the ground yarn is also made from recycled polyester fiber, making the product entirely composed of recycled fibers.
The fur length of the fabric can be adjusted based on your preference from 6mm to 20mm. (The fabrics in the photos have a fur length of 8mm, 12mm, and 17mm, respectively.)
To ensure that it is a fully recycled product, the ground yarn is also made from recycled polyester fiber, making the product entirely composed of recycled fibers.

As this fabric is pre-dyed, we will use the color you give us to create a cotton-stage color sample (via beaker-based dyeing) in around 10 days.
We accept orders from 500m per lot.
However, due to the nature of knitted fabric, 1-tan units (approximately 10.6m by 34cm) are supplied in rolls of varying lengths.
Our fabric inspection process involves the utilization of iron/needle detection equipment to remove all pieces of iron detected in the fabric.
As this fabric is pre-dyed, we will use the color you give us to create a cotton-stage color sample (via beaker-based dyeing) in around 10 days.
