What is Yawaraka Katsuo Slice (Ready to eat)?
・"Yawaraka" means the texture is soft; "Katsuo" means dried bonito;

　"Slice" means shaving the dried bonito thickly.
・It is seasoned snack and good appetizer pairing with alcohols such as beer and Japanese sake.
・Please enjoy the soft and moist texture like "prosciutto" and "beef Jerky."

■Features of Yawaraka Katuso Slice

・Use boiled and half-dried bonito, which is produced in Yaizu, Shizuoka Prefecture.
　Yaizu Port is one of the most famous fishing and production places.
　We only use raw bonito (Namari-bushi) of Yaizu and roast it one time or twice.
　Namari-bushi is the kind of dried fish piece which we cut raw bonito into fillets, simmer, smoke it

　until it becomes half-dried bonito.
　Namari-bushi contains high proteins, DHA, EPA, minerals, vitamins, and all nine types of

　necessary amino acids which are needed in today's food culture.

・Ready-to-eat, finger food as snacks and good appetizer pairing with sake and beer.
　We marinate it with our special sauce but the taste can be well recognized

　from the ingredient (bonito).
　It is thick sliced, anyone can enjoy the soft and moist texture.

・No MSG added
　It has no MSG added, so that you can enjoy the taste itself.
