Laboratory testing

The factory has a production laboratory for product quality control.

Incoming control of incoming raw honey begins with checking a sample of honey in the laboratory. Honey is checked for 5 indicators:
○ diastasis number (shows how rich honey is in useful enzymes secreted by bees);
○ pollen analysis to determine the type of honey (flower, linden, buckwheat, sweet clover);

○ moisture (to exclude unripe honey);

○ organoleptic (taste, color, smell);

○ acidity.

All indicators are checked in accordance with GOST.
