Balsamic vinegar undergoes a ripening process in oak tanks, giving rise to Organic Aged Balsamic Vinegar. Ideal for salad dressings, sauces, meats, fish and desserts, giving a unique flavor to recipes.
Characteristics: without the addition of sulfites or other chemical preservatives; organic and certified; elaborated from the slow and natural fermentation of organic grape juice; flavored with natural extracts, aged in oak barrels.
Ingredients: Organic red wine vinegar, organic sugar, herbal extract and natural caramel coloring.
