Cement calciferous plaster

 

Dry building mixture based on cement binder, light mineral aggregates and special functional additives. It is used for preliminary leveling of walls (layer of "soil", "spray"), inside and outside premises, including balconies, facades above the basement. It is allowed to use for leveling ceilings, wooden bases, old tiles and paint with the obligatory use of metal mesh or shredding. The resulting surface is intended for subsequent leveling with a finishing plaster ("cover") or putty. Convenience of application and low consumption reduce labor intensity and cost of work. After drying, a durable, crack-resistant, vapor-permeable, water- and frost-resistant layer is formed, suitable for use in rooms with any humidityand in the open air.

 

BASE TYPE:

concrete base with a minimum strength of 100 kgf / cm2;

all types of bricks and blocks of aerated and lightweight concrete;

cement plasters;

walls made of gypsum plasterboard, gypsum plasterboard, cement board

facades, including the basement.

 

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION

The substrate must be free of fragile particles and dirt (dust, laitance, oil stains, fragile paint, etc.) and free from dust. Cleaning is carried out mechanically or manually. Smooth surfaces need to be roughened up by creating notches on the surface or applying a special structure-forming primer to it. Cracks, potholes and seams must be pre-filled with a suitable repair mortar; oil, grease, bitumen stains must be removed or insulated with suitable compounds; large irregularities and differences must be pre-leveled using suitable compounds (plaster, repair compounds). Apply a layer of primer to increase the adhesion to the substrate. It is recommended to apply 2 coats of the primer. A well-prepared surface should be smooth, shiny, without dry matte spots. When gluing mineral wool boards, before applying the main layer, you must first prime them by applying and smoothing a thin layer of glue over the working surface of the board. When gluing panels of extruded polystyrene foam, it is recommended to treat the working surface with coarse-grained sanding paper.
