Gypsum finishing putty

 

Dry building mixture based on gypsum binder, finely ground marble aggregate and special functional additives. It is used to level any surfaces and fill the seams between sheets of gypsum board and gypsum plasterboard without using a reinforcing mesh. Versatility, ease of application, exceptional pot life and fast cure times reduce turnaround times. After curing of the material, a strong vapor-permeable layer is formed, suitable for use inside heated rooms with normal humidity.

 

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
The substrate must be free of fragile particles and dirt (dust, laitance, oil stains, fragile paint, etc.) and free from dust. Cleaning is carried out mechanically or manually. Smooth surfaces need to be roughened up by creating notches on the surface or applying a special structure-forming primer to it. Cracks, potholes and seams must be pre-filled with a suitable repair mortar; oil, grease, bitumen stains must be removed or insulated with suitable compounds; large irregularities and differences must be pre-leveled using suitable compounds (plasters, repair compounds). Moisten the surface thoroughly before applying the solution. To increase the strength of adhesion to the substrate (adhesion) and reduce the likelihood of cracking, a layer of primer is applied. For highly porous surfaces, such as gas silicate blocks, a 2-layer primer is recommended. A well-prepared surface should be shiny, without dry matte spots.

 

TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
Transport and store in pallets no higher than two rows. Transportation must be carried out in covered vehicles in accordance with the rules for the carriage of goods. Store bags with dry mix in covered dry rooms in conditions that ensure the integrity of the packaging and protection from moisture. The shelf life in the manufacturer's container is 6 months from the date of manufacture, subject to the conditions of transportation and storage.
