Black Wheat Flour is a biofortified Non-GMO product that is rich in anthocyanins, a kind of antioxidant that has anti-inflammatory properties. Black and Purple Wheat are rich in Anthocyanins have higher dietary fibers and at least 15% less carbohydrates than conventional wheat.

Anthocyanins are the pigments that determine the colours of fruits and vegetables. The concentration of these pigments further determine the colour of the food item.
