Sacha Inchi is grown in the Highlands of Vietnam. The nuts contain a lot of nutrients, especially Omega-3 (good for the heart health). 14-16 nuts per day (15g) can provide up to 72% omega-3 of Daily Value. Moreover, with the low amount of carbohydrates (less than 1%) and high amount of protein, it would be the best choice for vegetarian and diabetics.
