The Paseka farm was established in 2003 and is one of the first and largest beekeeping enterprises in the Republic of Kazakhstan of the full cycle Production - Processing - Packing - Sales of Bee Product, in which beekeeping is put on an industrial basis.

October 2012 - December 2013 graduated from the Ryazan State Agrotechnological University named after P.A. Kostycheva in the field of beekeeping, beekeeping products and bee pollination;
In 2019, he graduated from East Kazakhstan Agricultural College at the rate: appraisal of bees and the formation of a breeding farm.
The company he leads produces over 300 tons of finished bee products per year. The bee products of the Paseka farm go to the shelves of Kazakhstan, Russia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and the countries of the far abroad - Mongolia, the United Arab Emirates, the USA. Under the already recognizable trademark Altai Honey and the Made in Kazakhstan brand.
Kasymbaev V.M. one of the first in the beekeeping industry began to raise the issue of export of natural honey to the People's Republic of China. The farm "Apiary" is listed in the register of suppliers of the People's Republic of China and is one of the largest suppliers of sweet products in the Middle Kingdom.
Beekeeping has more than 2500 bee families on stationary and nomadic apiaries, there is a bee nursery for the production of bee packages and fetal queens in the South Kazakhstan region.
The peasant farm has developed its own multi-stage control program. This chain traces the control of each link in the production process, from the wax production workshop to the sale of the finished product through its network of retail stores. The farm has specialized branded stores in the cities of Ust-Kamenogorsk and Nur-Sultan, Chuguchak and Urumqi of the People's Republic of China, ICBC "Khorgos" for the sale of beekeeping products and beekeeping equipment, with their own warehouse and office premises.
The company has introduced an international food safety system based on ST RK ISO 22000: 2006, which is a guarantee of the safety and quality of the finished product.
At present, a production line for bottling and packaging with the installation of a labeling machine has been launched, which meets international standards for the packaging of natural honey in consumer containers. The production line complies with international food safety management system standards.
In November 2019, the products received confirmation of the Halal standard. The entire production cycle of Halal products and services is carried out in accordance with international standards: MS 1500-2009 guidelines for the production, manufacture, processing and storage of Halal products, IHI-Alliance standards: IHIA-0200: 2010; IHIA-0600: 2010.
On March 22, 2016, the Altai Honey SEC was created, which included peasant farms in the East Kazakhstan region of beekeeping. Kasymbaev V.M. was elected Chairman of the Altai Honey SEC
In July 2016, he was elected Chairman of the Republican Chamber of Beekeeping.
The peasant farm "Apiary" is the winner of four International Honey Festivals in Ust-Kamenogorsk, the winner of the regional competition-exhibition "Best Product of Kazakhstan-2013, 2015, 2018" in the nomination "Best Food Products".
In 2013, 2015, 2018, the Paseka peasant farm took an active part in the competition for the prize of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Altyn Sapa", "Best Products of Kazakhstan". In 2018, it was awarded the ISKER badge.
