Shock-freeze chambers
You can order in "ProfHolod" a shock-freezer refrigerator with swing or sliding refrigerator doors - with delivery to your object. The blast freezing cold room is assembled from sandwich panels, refrigeration doors, and shaped elements. A refrigeration unit is additionally purchased based on the required cooling parameters of the refrigerator.
Standard equipment: wall sandwich panels - galvanized steel on both sides, color RAL9003 (white); ceiling panels: outer side - galvanized steel, inner side - galvanized steel with polymer coating, color RAL9003 (white); floor panels - galvanized steel on both sides.

The package includes wall, ceiling, roofing sandwich panels filled with fire-resistant PIR Premier polyisocyanurate foam or PUR Classic polyurethane foam, foam density 40 +/- 5 kg / m3; pressure equalization valve; shaped elements and instructions for assembly.
Floor panels must be reinforced with an additional layer of Quintet sheets or plywood.
At the request of the customer, the set of the shock freezing chamber includes:
- refrigerating doors "ProfHolod"
- PVC curtains
- materials for strengthening the floor
- consumables: sealant, professional polyurethane foam, self-tapping screws and thermal bolts
The panels are connected to each other by a unique configuration of a triple thorn-and-fold lock, which provides:
- elimination of "cold bridges"
- rigid connection of panels
- minimum consumption of polyurethane foam, sealants when joining panels
