1.Q: What is your MOQ?

A:Usually our MOQ is 3000pcs.But we can accept lower quantity of your trial order.Pls feel free to tell us how many pieces you need.We will calculate the cost correspondingly,hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our production and know our service.

2.Q:  Can I get samples?

A:Sure.We usually charge the relevant sample fee.Samples charge is refundable when order is up to certain quanity.We usually send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL.IF you have carrier account,it will be fine to ship with your account,if not, you can pay the freight charge to our paypal,we will ship with our account.It takes about 2-4 days to reach.

3.Q:How long is the sample lead time?

A: for existing samples,it takes 3-5days,if you want to take your own designs,it takes 10-15days,subjecting to you whether you need decal or LOGO,ect.

4.Q:How long is the production lead time?

A:It takes 30 days for MOQ,we have large production capacity,which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

5.Q:How many colors are Avaiable?

A:we match colors with Pantone Matching System.So you can just tell us the Pantone Color code you need.We will match the colors.Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
