General introduction

Our steel corona station has been specifically designed to meet the needs of the standard blown film ,Cast & Blown &Laminating & Printing Film line. It is equipped with covered ground rolls and segmented stainless aluminum electrodes. A compact and simple construction allows for 2 sided and adjustable lane treating.  The electrode system provides simple, trouble-free air-gap adjustment. Add in its economical price and you have a system that fits into any budget.

 

Standard Treat Widths

The conventional treated widths are following, but it can be customized according to needs

• 23.62 inch (600 mm)


• 31.50 inch (800 mm)


• 39.37 inch (1000 mm)


• 47.24 inch (1200 mm)

Electrode Assembly

      4 lines or 6 lines tooth stainless aluminum available

     Flip-Type Segments

     The length of segmented parts can be customized

     Single side or double side treatment in option

    Electrode Air-Gap Adjustable from Outside the Station

 

Treater (Ground) Roll

      Steel, Dead Shaft Mounted on Free-Running Bearings

    Conventional diameter is 46MM,70MM 90MM 100MM,

    It can be customized if necessary.

    Silicone Sleeve Dielectric
