We are an artisan company specialized in the production of 100% italian ready meals, storable at room temperature. Our company has been on the ready meals market for almost 20 years. Our main customers are: pharmacies (who purchase gluten-free ready meals), airlines, supermarkets, distributors.
Our products are kept out of the fridge, without the addition of preservatives, thanks to the sterilization process carried out in an autoclave. The right mix between high temperature and pressure allows us to guarantee the products an average shelf life of 12 months, keeping the organoleptic characteristics intact. Our strength is the high quality raw materials, all rigorously Italian. Our products are made up of cooked pasta/rice accompanied by delicious sauces.
The most popular products are our risottos, all strictly gluten-free, which are prepared in the microwave or in a pan in less than two minutes.Among the highly successful references, we also have Spaghetti with cacio pepe, in the classic and gluten-free version, Fettuccine with mushrooms and truffles, the classic Trofie with pesto, but also simpler products, such as Penne all'arrabbiata and Spaghetti with tomato and basil. Our vision is to bring our products into the kitchens of all families, our range of references is wide and diversified, precisely to adapt to all tastes and all needs.
