Genifol 1820
Introduction
Genifol 1820 is a bi-structured medium to high molecular weight fully synthetic lubricant designed to provide highly effective anti-wear lubrication in metalworking fluid/water-soluble forming oil formulations. At the same time, due to the unique molecular structure of this product, it can also cooperate with solubilizing polyether, helping it disperse into a stable uniform transparent liquid in aqueous solution.
Genifol 1820 can be used in conventional cutting process, but also recommended for water-soluble forming process, which can provide efficient lubrication film for processing interface, improve workpiece finish, and improve die life.
