Product Description :HN-E series silicone is a two-component addition silicone material. It consists of two parts: A component is silica gel, B component is a curing agent, and the two components are mixed in a ratio of 1:1. This product is a translucent oily liquid, which can be cured at room temperature or heated
Application areas:
It is mainly used for the production of food-grade molds that require environmental protection, such as chocolate, brown sugar, and cakes; the production of composite materials or molds such as gold and silver jewelry, metal crafts, precision mold casting, yacht vacuum bags, glass fiber reinforced plastic carbon fiber, auto parts, military aerospace, etc.; human body On the one hand, there are star wax figures, film and television props, artificial prosthetics, adult products, silicone dolls, model ornaments, intelligent robots and other products; industrially, it can also be used in the production of molds for resin, cement components, cultural stones, plaster and other products.

2. Low viscosity, good fluidity, convenient operation and easy pouring; it can be cured at room temperature or heated.
3. Excellent physiological inertia, waterproof, ozone resistance and aging resistance, high tensile toughness, and many mold turning times.
4. High chemical stability, high and low temperature resistance, can be used for a long time and maintain its performance at -55°C to 220°C.
5. No low molecules are released during the cross-linking process, so the volume remains unchanged, the shrinkage rate is as low as 0.1%, and the precision is high.
Operation method:
Mix components A and B in a weight ratio of 1:1, stir well for 2-3 minutes, (can be poured after vacuum defoaming if conditions permit), operation time is 30 minutes, curing time at room temperature is 4 hours, heating at 80-100° C cures in 20 minutes.

Precautions :
1. Do a small test before use, and then put it into use.
2. Do not add color or powder to the liquid silicone rubber at will before the test. Do not contact with water, acid, alkali or other
organic substances containing sulfur, phosphorus and nitrogen, so as not to affect the curing of silica gel.
3. This product is platinum catalyst silica gel and cannot be in contact with condensed silica gel. Before using liquid silicone rubber,tools and containers need to be cleaned with Tianna water.
4. If you need to color, please add the color paste to the B component by 2/1000, and stir it evenly.
