A1: Sample order need 1 - 3 days .
Mass production need 10 - 15 workdays .
Shipping: 1)3 -5 workdays by express
2)5 -7 workdays by air
3)10 -15 workdays by sea
Q2: Can I get free sample? Or what is the policy of sample order in your company?
A2: Free sample policy. We will refund sample fee after our customer placing MOQ order to us.
Q3: Do you have any warranty?
A3: We will provide photos before shipping. When our customer receive product damage during shipping. Our customer has right to refuse the product and take photo of damage product. We will ask express company paying for this.
Any damage or broken when product fair use, we will send free on next order.
Q5 What is the payment term that you can provide?
A5: 100% Paypal for small order or Alibaba trade assurance.
30% TT prepayment and 70% balance payment
