 NFGP26 Series Maize Peeling Machine

NFGP26 Maize peeling machine can work independently without need any accessory machines. It adopts purely dry way low temperature peeling technology. Through rubbing, grinding and cutting processes, it separates skin from grain kernel. NFGP26 Maize peeling machine is easy to operate, high peeling performance rate, low loss or wastage, no wear parts design concept, and almost zero maintenance cost. It is composed of peeling system, pressure control system, wind separation system, and kernel receiving system. With this one machine, it can automatically finish peeling and dust control etc. Besides corn, wheat, barley, it peels very successfully for soya beans, green peas, black soya beans, lentils, black eye beans,gram, mung beans,chickpeas etc.

Features & Advantages

This maize peeling machine is mainly composed of intelligent electric control part, spraying part, polishing part, water supply system and fan. 
 
The peeling part consists of feeding screw propeller, stainless steel mirror polishing roller, two diamond maize screen composed of octagonal screen cylinder, discharge pressure door and so on. The water supply system consists of high pressure pump, flow meter, stainless steel spray nozzle and controller.
