The producing processes are listed blow. First, the buckwheat is cleaned by standard grain cleaning equipment to remove dockage, impurity and small stones in accordance with good manufacturing practices, thus we get pure and clean unprocessed Buckwheat after dust elimination, high temperature stewing and roasting; Second, we hull the buckwheat and get its kernel. Finally we get 6 kinds of roasted buckwheat kernel according its size by clssificating many times. Our products’ features are safety, healthy, green and non- polluted.
